Event Information
Held on the campus of Palm Middle School, the flat 5k course consists of two loops around the school and field. Gates open at 7am and the race starts at 8am. Number pickup will be at the event on race day. Every participant that completes the course receives a finisher's medal. On site parking is available. There will be food and vendors available. Proceeds will benefit Palm Middle School’s PTSA and participating student clubs.

Enter waiver In the consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the Palm Middle PTSA, Moreno Valley, on November 4, 2017 for the 4rd Annual Puma 5k Fun Run/Walk.
I, intend to be legally bound, do hereby for myself and heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, forever waive, release and discharge any and all rights, claims and actions for damage that I may have, or that may hereafter accrue to me against the California State PTA, including all unit, council and district PTA’s and all their officers, directors, members, and volunteers, Palm Middle School and the Moreno Valley Unified School District (MVUSD).
I attest and verify that I am physically fit and able to participate in this event and acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks in participating in an athletic event of this type.
I also give my permission for my images captured during the event through video, photo and digital cameras, to be used solely for the purpose of Palm Middle School PTSA, Palm Middle School and MVUSD promotion material and publications, and waive any right of compensation of ownership thereto
